the best thing is to go get IV antibiotics. NEVER JUST WAIT FOR IT TOO GO DOWN!!!! Bursa fluid is actually poison. Once the sac leaks you must get antibiotics. It gets chronic once you get older. Sometimes I just bump my elbow on a wall or something and it flares up. When they drain it, it makes it worse in the future. Only a hack doctor will ever drain "anything"
